Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

When purchasing any item from LaMore Jewellery you are offering to buy goods at the price stated subject to our terms and conditions.

All prices are shown in GB Pound Sterling.

Images may not show the actual size of items and colours may slightly vary, but this will only add to the individuality of your purchase.  All sizes weights and measurements are approximate and are included for guidance only.

If a custom made piece of jewellery is made, a non-refundable deposit payment will be requested upon placing the custom made order.

Delivery is charged at a standard rate of £3.50 to UK residents only. Overseas delivery will be charged at a higher rate. All jewellery is handmade and we aim to deliver within 14 working days from receipt of payment.  If an item is temporarily out of stock and dispatch is anticipated to be greater than 14 working days, we will contact you by e-mail to arrange a new delivery date, if this is not satisfactory a refund will be given.  We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer as a result of late delivery or cancellation of your order.  If you have any questions regarding delivery please e-mail us.

Goods are packaged carefully, in the unlikely event that you receive anything damaged, please return within 7 working days for replacement or exchange, provided that it has not been used and is returned in its original packaging.

If you do not inform us within 7 working days we shall have no liability for goods said to be damaged on delivery. 

Under no circumstances can earrings be returned unless faulty, due to hygiene regulations.

It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure items for return are package securely.  If we receive an item for return which has been damaged due to poor packaging an amount will be deducted from the refund to cover the damage.

When returning any item please follow the following steps:

• Please include details of the reason for the return, clearly marked whether you would like a refund or exchange, and reconfirm the delivery address for exchange items.
• Please return using Royal Mail registered or recorded delivery.  Proof of posting does not prove proof of delivery.  We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage in return transit.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase then if it is returned to LaMore Jewellery within 5 working days by recorded delivery we will exchange the goods, with the exception of earrings due to hygiene reasons. 

If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order, simply select payment by personal cheque when you reach the PayPal payment screen. When you receive confirmation of the order from LaMore Jewellery further details will be sent as to whom and where to send payment.  Please write your name and address and e-mail address on the reverse of the cheque.  The order will be dispatched after the cheque has cleared.

To order goods you must be at least 18 years of age.

LaMore Jewellery reserves the right to refuse the supply of goods at its discretion.

These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you.

LaMore Jewellery reserves the right to change any advertised prices at any time.
